Alan Advantage is a business consultancy, besides being the leader of a network of more than 30 international companies, all with a strong focus on AI and innovative technologies.

DETAILS

Alan Advantage is an eclectic and extremely innovative company: it offers consultancy services for businesses willing to explore the use of Artificial Intelligence in their company processes and as a growth engine. Moreover, it has a distinctive feature which makes it unique: its human-centered perspective, which permeates all its foundations.

The client’s request was that of a new corporate website to better highlight its distinctive features: innovation as a beacon, tool and goal and the human being as the engine behind processes and purposes.

OUR WORK

After a customary assessment to better understand the customer’s positioning goals, we then restructured the website’s sitemap – organising new content in simple, intuitive and easy-to-find paths. After which, we worked on the written content in constant touch with the customer and its feedback. At the same time, the creative team worked on a new kit of illustrations and icons and chose and post-produced the photos for the various sectors. Finally, we put all in order in an updated and modern virtual platform which – although it has a certain continuity from the old version – strikes the visitor as renewed and innovative. We proceeded to upload the platform online only after a continuous exchange of mockups and feedback with the customer, so as to deliver a 100%-satisfying result. Once identified the structure, we worked on the optimisation for mobile devices and – with this version approved – we published the new website, where humanity and technological innovation live together, both as main characters in a balanced ecosystem.

ANALYSIS AND SEO OPTIMISATION

Together with the creative activities and site building, our team worked on the inescapable SEO optimisation of the site’s content. This is to keep and improve the brand positioning on search engines for the industry’s keywords of reference, with precise specifications on geolocalisation and a direct focus on core services.

MARKETING TRACKERS

We realised the website with the main tracking tools for inbound marketing. Navigation is automatically tracked by the following tools we specifically set up:

  • Hubspot
  • Google Analytics
  • Google Tag Manager
  • Pixel Facebook and
  • Linkedin

STORYBOARD

We identified the characters, environment, actions and animations with sketches of the potential scenes so as to give an idea of the transitions and the movements. The sketches are line drawn and monochrome and are accompanied by the script.

ILLUSTRATION AND LAST STEPS

In the end, once the customer approved the storyboard and gave us their last feedback, our motion design team moved on to the illustration and animation.

The last steps to finalise the video product are: choosing the most suitable voice-over artist and rendering the output in the various formats as requested.
